Dear Tayla 

My wife and I moved from the USA to South Africa with our two daughters.  We had been looking for months to rent a home in Cape Town prior to moving, and had reached out to 16 separate real estate agents over a three month period, providing them with our criteria and what we were looking for. Out of those 16, only one followed up with us, Tayla. Moving across the world is hard enough as is, but when you have to deal with unresponsive and uncaring real estate agents it makes it much more difficult.  Tayla was the only who cared enough to follow up multiple times, and was instrumental in helping us find the perfect rental home.

She didn't just stop there, however. Even after we moved in, Tayla and her mom provided us with contact details of local utility providers, security service contacts, and other important contacts to ensure a smooth move-in for my family. She even brought over an orchid as a house-warming gift!

In an industry where customer service is so important, Tayla went above and beyond to prove that she doesn't just care about the commission, but about finding the right home for the right family.  We are truly appreciative of Tayla's hard work and persistence to help find us the perfect place to live.
